This... is... GORGEOUS GAME ART!
My eyes always go to Atzaiian android soldier Ares first every time I see this game art. The foreshortening on his right hand commands the viewer's attention - he is the hero, the main protagonist (and also because he's kind of at the center). He looks so determined and has the resolve to protect humanity with all his might. It's an awesome action pose!
Right behind the heroes is Zytron, the game's villain. I like the glow on Zytron's eyes. Zytron appears to be watching over the heroes, observing them and seeing which ones would be the best to recruit. Otherwise, Zytron is watching those who may get in their way and will try to stop them if Ares and Tarus want to ruin their evil plans. 
Valkyl on the left seems to be executing some action, maybe sending Ares or Tarus some information or uploading an upgrade to their armor. I sort of see Valkyl as Ares' "AI big sister" because not only does she help him with intel and upgrades - she is actually concerned for his safety too.
Then, Atzaiian veteran combat android Tarus on the right is ready for action, weapon in hand, eager to blast through those zytron-infected robots and get this mission over with. 
He appears in mid-run and looks very focused too. This poster might also be one of the very few times anyone could see his lower leg in his redesign. 
(We rarely see Tarus in his entirety, so I just had to mention that.)
I almost missed talking about all the other stuff on the poster, like the title/logo! I love how all that pretty, starry spacy-cloud stuff decorates the background behind the logo, since the story takes place outside of Earth. The title/logo is nearly identical to the one for the original version of the game except that "EX" is after "Extinction Agenda." Which also brings me to noticing the Minos Space Station in the background, where the story takes place, as well as the planet Earth below. (Come to think of it, it appears as if Ares is leaping right from Earth; I just love that pose! 
) Ares has the weight of all the Earth's human lives on his shoulders. So he's gonna do what he's created to do

I realize this is older artwork, but I love it because this video game is my current obsession. I love your redesigns of Ares, Tarus, Zytron and Valkyl in this game. I daydream about A.R.E.S. Extinction Agenda EX being an anime, and the story continuing as an anime too, but that's just me. 
I don't want this game to be forgotten about. Thank you for still keeping this poster art in your gallery, and for reading my long long comment for this piece. (Sorry it was a lot!
